  • Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless they are faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if there is an issue.

  • Allergies & Sensitivities: Always patch-test new products. Pro-Age is not liable for reactions that may occur due to unknown sensitivities or misuse.
