Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

- Opened or used items

How to Return

1. Contact Us:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

2. Prepare Your Return:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the proof of purchase and RMA number inside the package.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refund Policy

Exchanges

Shipping Policy

- Pro-Age Pty Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages:
- Pro-Age Pty Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
